Second daily Amtrak Chicago-Milwaukee-TwinCities train a go after Minnesota approves funding

A plan to add a second daily Amtrak train between St. Paul's Union Depot and Chicago got a big boost from the Minnesota Legislature, which included $10 million for the project in its $7 billion omnibus transportation bill.
